Curs 2022-23"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">La formaci\u00f3 permanent del professorat<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\"> \u00e9s un recurs del sistema educatiu que contribueix a l\u2019assoliment dels objectius de millora dels centres i del professorat.\u00a0\u00a0Aquesta formaci\u00f3 ha de contribuir a la millora dels resultats i dels processos educatius de l\u2019alumnat mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019enfortiment de les compet\u00e8ncies professionals del professorat i serveix per confegir el<\/span><strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/formacio\/info-general\/plans-formacio-zona\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pla de Formaci\u00f3 de Zona.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>El Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 ha establert un conjunt d&#8217;<a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/formacio\/info-general\/objectius-formacio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">objectius de formaci\u00f3<\/a>\u00a0permanent que tenen com a objectiu donar resposta a les necessitats de formaci\u00f3 dels centres educatius i dels docents.<\/p>\n<p>Aquests objectius seran prioritzats, complementats o adaptats a cada territori d\u2019acord amb les seves caracter\u00edstiques espec\u00edfiques. Cada PFZ estableix els seus objectius espec\u00edfics.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #993366;\"><strong>Com participar-hi?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"Estilo1\">El professorat participa en els PFZ a trav\u00e9s del <strong>proc\u00e9s de detecci\u00f3 de necessitats<\/strong> i de la seva representaci\u00f3 en la <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/a\/xtec.cat\/pfz-alt-camp\/pfz\/comissi\u00f3-del-pfz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Comissi\u00f3 del PFZ<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"CA\">Els\u00a0<b>equips directius<\/b> dels centres reben un correu amb un formulari per fer les propostes de formaci\u00f3 per als seus centres (<strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">formaci\u00f3 en centre<\/span><\/strong>), que pot fer fer extensiu a la resta del professorat del claustre. Els <strong>docents<\/strong>, especialistes en alguna tem\u00e0tica espec\u00edfica, poden fer propostes de formaci\u00f3 adre\u00e7ades a la resta de docents de la zona (<strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">formaci\u00f3 individual<\/span><\/strong>). En aquest <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/actualitat\/formacio-del-professorat-sense-fonament-cientific\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">enlla\u00e7<\/a><\/strong> trobareu un <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/actualitat\/formacio-del-professorat-sense-fonament-cientific\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recull<\/a> (amb informaci\u00f3 complement\u00e0ria) d\u2019algunes de les formacions considerades pseudocient\u00edfiques, o de \u201cfomament dubt\u00f3s\u201d i un llistat de llocs web\u00a0 dedicats a informar sobre la pseudoci\u00e8ncia i a evitar la intoxicaci\u00f3 de l\u2019opini\u00f3 p\u00fablica i la propagaci\u00f3 del fals coneixement.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Entre les formacions que apareixen citades sense fonament cient\u00edfic, o de \u201cfomament dubt\u00f3s\u201d, apareixen aquestes:<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"ca\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"ca\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\">Coaching, mindfulness, intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncies m\u00faltiples, estils d\u2019aprenentatge, kinesiolog\u00eda, pedagogia sist\u00e9mica, constel\u00b7lacions familiars, gestalt, pedagogia <span class=\"css-901oao css-16my406 r-poiln3 r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0\">Waldorf, bioneuroemoci\u00f3 etc.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u00c9s una exig\u00e8ncia del professorat mantenir una <a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/altcamp\/actualitat\/escepticisme-recursos-educatius\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">actitud esc\u00e8ptica i cr\u00edtica<\/a> davant de pr\u00e0ctiques o teories que no mostrin evid\u00e8ncies comprovables, que es guien per modes pseudocient\u00edfiques que busquen m\u00e9s convertir-se en marques de diferenciaci\u00f3 en el mercat educatiu que el benestar i l\u2019aprenentatge cr\u00edtic del nostre alumnat.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\"><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong><em>El m\u00f3n educatiu viu en l\u2019actualitat un aut\u00e8ntic allau de propostes per millorar la qualitat dels processos d\u2019ensenyament i aprenentatge, el rendiment escolar, el benestar emocional de l\u2019alumnat i fins i tot el seu \u00e8xit futur. Els docents estem exposats a aquesta pluja constant que fomenta, i fins i tot de vegades exigeix, canvis m\u00e9s o menys profunds en els m\u00e8todes, recursos, orientacions, organitzaci\u00f3 escolar, etc. En general a totes les propostes s\u2019assimila canvi amb innovaci\u00f3 i, paral\u00b7lelament, canvi amb millora de la qualitat educativa. No obstant aix\u00f2, aix\u00f2 no sempre \u00e9s cert. No tot canvi \u00e9s benefici\u00f3s o, al menys, no m\u00e9s benefici\u00f3s que el que ja ven\u00edem fent.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><a
