Algunes enquestes demostren que una de les franges d\u2019edat m\u00e9s afectada per aquest sentiment \u00e9s la d\u2019adolescents i joves d\u2019entre 16 i 24 anys.<\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ajuntament.barcelona.cat\/dretssocials\/sites\/default\/files\/arxius-documents\/guia_soledat_joves_2021.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Guia per a la prevenci\u00f3, detecci\u00f3 i acompanyament d\u2019adolescents i joves en situacions de soledat<\/strong><\/a> \u00e9s un recurs adre\u00e7at a tots els professionals que treballen amb adolescents i joves amb la finalitat d\u2019esdevenir un material \u00fatil per a la consulta i orientaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica pel que fa a situacions de soledat o a\u00efllament social en aquest col\u00b7lectiu. Es tracta d\u2019una guia que ha estat elaborada a partir de l\u2019aportaci\u00f3 de bona part del col\u00b7lectiu de professionals del sector a trav\u00e9s de la jornada \u201cEns posem les ulleres: la soledat tamb\u00e9 va de joves\u201d celebrada el desembre de 2020 i organitzada per la Direcci\u00f3 de Serveis d\u2019Inf\u00e0ncia, Joventut i Persones Grans de l\u2019Ajuntament de Barcelona en el marc de l\u2019Estrat\u00e8gia municipal contra la soledat 2020-2030.<\/p>\n<p>La voluntat d\u2019aquest material \u00e9s ser un recurs accessible i compartit entre els i les professionals del treball amb persones adolescents i joves, de manera que sigui f\u00e0cil accedir-hi, cercar pautes, orientacions o recursos d\u2019utilitat.\u00a0<strong>Vol ser en aquest sentit un eina pr\u00e0ctica, de f\u00e0cil acc\u00e9s i simple. La seva aplicaci\u00f3 pr\u00e0ctica ser\u00e0 la millor mostra de la seva oportunitat i utilitat<\/strong>. Per aix\u00f2, entre els seus prop\u00f2sits, hi ha la voluntat d\u2019esdevenir una eina din\u00e0mica, de manera que pugui actualitzar-se i completar-se a partir de l\u2019aven\u00e7 d\u2019estrat\u00e8gies o recursos que atenguin aquestes situacions.<\/p>\n<p>La Guia tamb\u00e9 incorpora de manera gr\u00e0fica diferents recursos i serveis de l\u2019entorn m\u00e9s proper amb qui crear aliances per fer front a la soledat. Alguns d\u2019aquests recursos s\u00f3n equipaments i serveis juvenils que poden detectar casos de soledat amb adolescents i joves. D\u2019altres tenen una funci\u00f3 m\u00e9s d\u2019acompanyament i seguiment d\u2019aquestes situacions. I tamb\u00e9 hi ha serveis i programes que poden tenir ambdues finalitats.
