Involucren talents espec\u00edfics en diferents \u00e0rees. No sempre impliquen dificultats socials o conductuals; poden actuar com a factors protectors. L&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 pr\u00e0ctica d&#8217;habilitats \u00e9s clau. No es redueixen a una nota en un test; requereixen consideraci\u00f3 d&#8217;aspectes socials i emocionals. No garanteixen l&#8217;\u00e8xit acad\u00e8mic; alguns nens poden desmotivar-se si no se senten desafiats. L&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 especialitzada \u00e9s crucial per a identificar i fer costat adequadament als nens amb altes capacitats, prevenint possibles problemes acad\u00e8mics&#8221;. As\u00ed mismo, trata de hacer visible las barreras todav\u00eda existentes en su identificaci\u00f3n y muestra de manera detallada los pasos a seguir por parte del docente en el caso de sospechas de<br \/>\nalta capacidad. Los principios fundamentales que subyacen al modelo es que las capacidades espec\u00edficas de cada dominio son relevantes: los dominios del talento cuentan con trayectorias de desarrollo \u00fanicas, las variables psicosociales son factores cr\u00edticos en el desarrollo exitoso del talento, y la preparaci\u00f3n para la eminencia es el resultado al que aspira la educaci\u00f3n de personas con altas capacidades. Los autores desarrollan la fuerza impulsora en este proceso de desarrollo \u2013 desarrollo de habilidades psicosociales y su mejora. Asimismo se delinea y discute sobre cu\u00e1les son las principales habilidades psicosociales que los sujetos necesitan adquirir cuando pasan de potencial a competencia, a la pericia y la eminencia, enfatizando que esas habilidades son maleables y pueden ser desarrolladas activa y deliberadamente por profesores, formadores, mentores y padres.
